Nesting up against the beautiful Maroochy River, The Rocks, Yandina set the perfect scene for Siobhan and Gary’s unforgettable wedding day. With Sommer Saunder as their heartfelt celebrant and lively MC, the day unfolded with so much love, laughter, and a few incredible surprises.

In a moment that captured everyone's hearts, Siobhan and Gary entered side-by-side, accompanied by their beautiful dogs. As their loved ones watched on in awe, we played "I'm With You" by Vance Joy — the perfect soundtrack for their walk down the aisle together.

Following the ceremony, the celebration continued on the deck area where Siobhan and Gary signed their marriage certificates. We serenaded guests during cocktail hour, as laughter and conversation floated through the air under the soft, golden light of the river setting.

As the newlyweds headed off for their photos with the talented photographer Angela Cannavo, we moved upstairs into the reception room. The Rocks is such a unique venue, with a layout that creates a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere. Our stage was set on the lower tier of the room, while the dining tables were placed on a slightly elevated level — all within the same space. This setup allowed us to truly connect with the guests and create a beautiful ambience for the wedding dinner.
Once the speeches wrapped up, the fun continued outside with one of the most unique wedding moments we’ve ever witnessed — a piñata cake! Siobhan and Gary took turns smashing the hanging piñata, eventually bursting it open to reveal a shower of sweet treats for everyone to enjoy.

As if that wasn't sweet enough, an ice cream truck soon rolled in, serving up some of the best soft serve we have ever tasted at a wedding. It was the perfect touch for such a light-hearted and joy-filled day.
After dessert, the couple joined us back down on the lower tier where Brad performed "Better Together" by Jack Johnson for their first dance. It was a truly magical moment that had everyone smiling (and maybe shedding a tear or two).
From there, the energy soared as Brodie kicked off the DJ sets, igniting a dance floor that stayed buzzing well into the night.
Siobhan and Gary’s day was a perfect blend of heartfelt moments, sweet surprises, and pure celebration — and it was an honor to be part of every beat of it.
