Cancellation Policy

Wedding Coaching 1:1 Session Policy Session Overview Our 1:1 Wedding Coaching sessions are designed to provide personalised guidance, clarity, and confidence as you plan your wedding. Each session runs for 90 minutes and is conducted via Google Meet. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Once payment is received, you’ll receive a Google Meet link and a confirmation email with your session details. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule once without penalty, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited without refund. In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling beyond the 48-hour window may be considered at our discretion. Session Preparation To make the most of your time: Please arrive on time and ensure a stable internet connection. Have your wedding planning notes, questions, and any relevant documents ready to discuss. We recommend finding a quiet space free from distractions. Session Recording & Notes Sessions may be recorded (with your consent) for your personal reference. A summary of key takeaways or action points may be provided after the session, depending on the package or service level. Refund Policy Due to the personalised nature of these sessions, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If we are unable to attend the session for any reason, we will offer to reschedule at no extra cost or provide a full refund.
